Once you have identified the item you wish to purchase, it is necessary to select a size to be able to proceed with the sale.

• Size & Fit  –offers further details on the degree and type of wearability of clothes
• Model’s and clothing sizes  – this provides specific information on the model's size and those of the garments she is wearing in the photograph

Product availability

The selection available on AtelierOnWeb.com reflects exact real-time availability of each item, by size and colour, because the website is connected to all the warehouses containing the clothes on display, and all availability data is updated in real time.
Once AtelierOnWeb.com receives an order request it reserves the right to confirm the availability of the items purchased, as well as to verify the validity of the transaction via credit card and the details of previous transactions carried out by the Customer on AtelierOnWeb.com. In the event that the items ordered are not available, or that for any reason it is not possible to process the order as requested by the Customer, AtelierOnWeb.com will immediately notify the Customer.

Prices and Currency

All orders are accompanied by an official invoice in Euro and contains the exact total amount of the purchase, as required by regulations on International commerce.
For some countries, the price of items is shown in the corresponding currency.
The amount actually charged to the credit card account could be subject to changes ascribable to fluctuations in exchange rates or to banking fees: for more details, we suggest Customers contact their bank.

Charging
If the card has sufficient funds at the time of purchase, and the banking details provided are valid, Banca Sella shall immediately send confirmation of the charge: the Customer receives an e-mail with a transaction confirmation code.

BANK TRANSFER
In this case, AtelierOnWeb.com sends the Customer a confirmation e-mail containing details to make the bank transfer. You must send copy of the payment in one hour via e-mail to info@atelieronweb.com or fax to + 39 0734 671183, or you can send an e-mail to ask for more time to execute the payment.
Therafter you will receive our order confirmation.
If Atelieronweb.com doesn’t receive any confirmation bye mail, the order will be cancelled.

PAYPAL
From the payment page, the custode can “ Ask for a different payment” and to digit Paypal: the custode will receive by e-mail the instructions to pay using its Paypal account.

Please note also that, regardless of the payment method selected, the products ordered shall remain the property of AtelierOnWeb.com until the relative price is cashed in full.
