Commercial policy
In order to make purchases on the AtelierOnWeb.com site, Customer must:

- Have a credit card valid for payment (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) or a bank account for payment via transfer
The AtelierOnWeb.com site has been set up and published with the purpose of providing a service specifically for our Customers, and the items displayed on the site are destined solely to End Users. We specify that an End User is a physical person acting for purposes other than their entrepreneurial or professional activity.
We therefore kindly ask Users who do not belong in that category to refrain from establishing business relationships with AterlierOnWeb.com or from attempting to make purchases on the site directly or through others.
In light of the specifications, AtelierOnWeb.com reserves the right not to process orders that do not comply with the conditions included in this commercial policy note.
AtelierONWeb srl reserves the right to decline to process an order and/or offer services to anyone at any time.
Stipulation of the contract
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale apply to relationships between AtelierOnWeb.com and the Customer limited to the purchase of products through the site. With regards to anything not expressly regulated by these Terms and Conditions, please refer to the provisions of Legislative Decree 22 May 1999, no. 185 and to applicable Civil Code regulations.
By the Customer electronically sending the order confirmation, and it being received by AtelierOnWeb.com, the contract is considered to be concluded. Sending the order confirmation also implies:
- for the Customer: unconditional acceptance of and obligation to comply with the terms and conditions set out in this section “General Terms and Conditions of Sale”
- for AtelierOnWeb.com: The undertaking to provide products in the terms and conditions set out by this section, except for the cases in which Customers do not provide suitable solvency guarantees or do not fall within the category of End User
Intellectual property
The AtelierOnWeb.com site and all its content (documentation, photos and images, fonts, design, music, software, codes and format scripts) are the property of AtelierOnWeb srl.
All trademarks quoted on the site are the legal property of the companies who hold them.
The material contained in the site is protected by copyright.
All reproductions, alterations, transmissions, publications or distributions to third parties, for commercial purposes, are strictly prohibited, unless previously agreed in writing by AtelierOnWeb Srl.
AtelierOnWeb Srl does not permit use of the content or trademarks in its site for purposes other than those expressly detailed above.
Limitation of liability – guarantee exclusion
AtelierOnWeb srl makes information available on its website in order to provide a service to its customers, but it declines any liability relative to any technical or de facto inaccuracies and/or typographical errors for which there are provisions, upon notification, for immediate correction.
AtelierOnWeb srl reserves the right to make corrections, rectifications and changes to the site when it deems it necessary and suitable, without notice.
AtelierOnWeb srl does not offer any guarantee that the information published on its site comply with the laws of the country of residence of the Customer.
AtelierOnWeb srl declines all liabilities ascribable to any problems, damages or risks that users may encounter while using the site.
AtelierOnWeb srl, although it complies with international Internet standards, cannot guarantee full protection of its site from viruses or any damaging elements.
AtelierOnWeb srl declines all liabilities relative to any malfunctions connected with the deactivation of cookies in users’ browsers.
AtelierOnWeb srl reserves the right to review, update and rectify the terms and conditions contained in this legal notice, every time it deems it appropriate, without notice.
Users are kindly requested to comply with the terms contained in this legal notice and to access this section periodically to check for any updates, changes or corrections.
Applicable law and competent court
For the aforementioned legal terms and conditions, the AtelierOnWeb.com site refers to Italian law and the regulations set out by the Italian Civil Code. For any issues, the competent court is the Court of Fermo.
“By accessing the AtelierOnWeb.com site, Users declare to accept that all issues linked with the use of the AtelierOnWeb.com site are subject to the current laws of the Italian state. They also declare that they refer only to the competent court of the Court of Fermo for the aforementioned issues. AtelierOnWeb srl does not in any way guarantee that materials and content of the site comply with the laws of other countries: accessing the site from countries where these same contents and their use are illegal is strictly prohibited. Users who choose to access the site from these countries are aware of the consequences and legal risks they face and shall be the sole persons responsible for breaching local laws.”
